Description
Mustard seeds are the tiniest part of the mustard plant which belongs to Brassica species. There are two types of mustard seeds available big and small. Mustard seeds have high oil and protein content. Mustard seeds have a beneficial chemical composition such as its protein content and fairly well-balanced amino acid composition, rich in dietary fiber and natural antioxidants. Mustard seeds are rich in Vitamin A, Iron and calcium.
